Vinyl & Transfers
HEAT PRESS VINYL
Is vinyl the best option for your print job? Vinyl is best for small quantity orders with simple designs. It’s also great for technical gear such as jerseys and athletic gear, as screen printing doesn’t adhere as well to some garments. With heat-pressed vinyl, many features can be added to enhance the design of your garment such as metallic finish, reflective, felt, glitter, and even glow in the dark. Vinyl print applications can be limiting if you’re looking for something with a custom Pantone or a complex design.
FOIL PRINTING
Foil printing is a fun option that can boost the appearance of a design. This type of print transfer requires a screen-printed design. The screen-printed design is overlaid with a piece of foil and heat pressed, which adheres the foil to the ink. This type of transfer requires a special set of wash instructions to uphold the foil quality, but it provides a unique look to any design. There are a wide variety of color options to choose from as well!
SCREEN PRINTED & FULL COLOR TRANSFERS
Screen printed and full color transfers are ideal for multiple color designs with varying effects, when you need lower quantities. Transfers are highly versatile and able to be printed on many different products such as shirts, jackets, pants, bags, and much more. Screen printed transfers involve plastisol or water-based inks that are printed onto a special release paper, which is then heat pressed onto a garment. Full color transfers are digitally printed with aqueous-based ink and are ideal for complex designs that may have multiple colors, gradients, and textures.
